* Kerin had previously worked in Bendigo for 8 years in a community health service before developing the Bendigo Dietitian service to further meet the needs of people in the Bendigo region.

* Kerin's approach includes teaching in 'easy to understand' ways for different people's needs (including plenty of take home practical fact sheets with lots of great ideas to make it much easier too).                                                           (see below and 'About Us' for more information).


                              Over 20 years experience working in
                              multidisciplinary health services and
                         successfully assisting children, teenagers
                                    and adults in areas including:

» food intolerance and food sensitivity investigation (eg skin, behavioural, or bowel    symptoms) followed by structured re-introduction food challenges.

» food allergy (eg Coeliac Disease)

» bowel conditions & IBS (including Fructose and FODMAP malabsorption assessment and education followed by structured re-introduction food challenges)

» weight reduction, maintaining the enjoyment of eating. Many ideas to help with motivation, thinking habits and mindset, boredom/comfort eating and achieving  long-term lifestyle behaviour changes (see 'Specialising Areas' page for more information about Kerin's additional training).

You may be familiar with Kerin’s service approach as she had worked locally in Bendigo for  8 years in a community health service before developing the Bendigo Dietitian service to further meet the needs of people in the Bendigo region. Kerin is known for her thorough approach with clients and tailoring services to meet individual needs.

This service involves motivational counselling/coaching and addressing each person's personal barriers to achieving long-term lifestyle change (including eating,activity, thinking, environmental, emotional and social factors)

Appointments can include longer duration blocks to allow for your individual education and support needs. Kerin strongly values working closely with other medical and health professionals to support better health outcomes for people.
