This service involves motivational counselling/coaching and addressing each person's personal barriers to achieving long-term lifestyle change (including eating,activity, thinking, environmental, emotional and social factors)
Appointments can include longer duration blocks to allow for your individual education and support needs. Kerin strongly values working closely with other medical and health professionals to support better health outcomes for people.
